It has been made according to the typical "traditional method" used for all our cavas. It displays an attractive pale yellow hue with greenish tints.
Young aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers, along with a light touch of dried nuts and pastries, come through clearly on the nose. Elegant, fresh and fruity, with balanced acidity, on the palate. This cava has a pleasant finish and is replete with long-lingering aromas and sensations.
